The MILID Week will take place at the main campus of the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona (UAB). The UAB structure includes three campuses, all in the metropolitan area of Barcelona and its outskirts. Bellaterra campus is located 21 kilometers from Barcelona.

The Bellaterra campus of the UAB is covered by two rail services. The Vallès Metro service of the Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya which comprises lines S2 and S55, and the R7 and R8 Renfe lines.
